sales question

In a contract for the sale of goods: A promises to sell goods to B, after a year of performing the contract B orders a specific amount of goods but A does not performs, subsequently B then declares itself free to buy the same goods from others supliers. A desires to continue to sale the goods to B, what can A do?

It's impossible to say without knowing more information about the contract between A and B. Was it an exclusive contract requiring B to buy only from A? Did A breach the contract when it failed to perform? Did A cure the default in time? The terms of the contract will control the outcome here.

More informaion is needed. If B's order was consistent with the contract and A's failure to deliver constituted a breach, B may have had the right to go elsewhere.
