Are the police required to read you your rights if arrested?

Why, of course, but does it always happen as prescribed under the so-called Miranda Rule? Why, of course, not, but does that mean that your charge is going to necessarily be dismissed.
Why, of course, it does not, unfortunately, for you.
Better get a lawyer.
