Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in District of Columbia

EEOC Abuse of Authority

Why does EEOC seem to get a waiver from scrutiny and penalty when they abuse their authority? They have refused to explain their decisions, comply with FOIA, and give the impression that they are in collusion with the respondent. They are like God. What is the best approach to expose?

Expose what? You'll need to provide specific details verifiable with respect to individual cases as to any alleged abuses on the part of the EEOC and not just general accusations, "fired across their bow", so to speak.
