Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in District of Columbia
A lawyer seeks lawyer working oneself or small firm experienced in Civil Rights
I am an East European lawyer. In the last ten years I am engaged and conduct lawsuits in protection against civil and human rights violations. These cases have been filed on the grounds of the internal legislation and in the local court system. Some of the cases have been brought to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR).
In the last year I have concentrated my efforts to study through the Internet the possibilities of the U.S. legislation and court practice for protection of my clients who have established relations with the USA. My investigation on many corresponding cases convinced me in the law possibilities to file complaints by non-US citizens with the courts of the U.S.A.
I am looking for a legal partner in our litigation actions in the USA. I am ready to give my full support in the cases of: discerning the law frame, selecting the facts and evidence (and their translation) and search of legal analogies.
Further on, having an experience with the European Continental law, I can be a partner in the protection of the civil rights of the attorney’s clients before the ECHR.

We handle litigation, including human rights/civil rights matters, in the U.S. You are correct that under certain circumtances, non-US plaintiffs can bring such claims in US courts. Please feel free to contact me if you wish to discuss this further.
