motion to lift stay and amend judgement

does a stay of a judgement or order

pending a ruling by the court of appeals automatically lift it self after that ruling has been issued.

The Court of Appeals ruling overrides in all respects and in effect vacates any ruling on the issue in controversy by any lower court without any action required on the part of the lower court ruling itself. (No self-lifting of this lower court ruling required.)
