Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in District of Columbia
Questions Regarding Case
Here's the summary: two years ago I
became a ''target'' of some unwanted
individuals who have repeatedly
harassed me (through intense
surveillance, physical injury, and
disparaging remarks) and have
threatened death if I don't leave the
area.
I left the area for a while and found
that the activities above continued in
other cities as well, so it appears that
location makes no difference. They
are, wherever I am.
I have spoken with local police, police
in other areas, lawyers here, and
basically get the run-around because
I think this issue hits a bit too close
to home here.
This activity also involves medical
interference. Apparently these
individuals have the ability to
influence doctors' opinions
concerning care, not legally, but
nonetheless...
I could go into more detail, but
essentially, I'd like to know how to
make these people to go away, as
they are a proverbial ''thorn in the
side.'' And the threatening behavior I
consider dangerous.

Re: Questions Regarding Case
Quite frankly, from an objective point of view, Sir
or Madam, these charges which you've made under the circumstances described resonate of paranoia and a lack of credibility.
In short, it suggests a person more in need of mental health folks rather than police persons, and I hope that you can get the help which you apparently very much need.
