does the freedom of speech amendment protect an american citizen from threatening someone or calling them an inferior race thats from another country

Most jurisdictions within the United States have laws which make it a crime to threaten another person with death or bodily injury.

Regarding accusing another person as belonging to an "inferior race", there is generally no such prohibition of which I am aware. (Such epithets or

attempted slanderings merely bespeak the ignorance of the one who utters them.)
