Illegal search and seizure of property while being arrested for

Ordeal begins w/office door (bsmnt) kicked by PD, w/guns drawn, after entering th3rd flr window. ?�s legality of denials/actions: *Service Search Warrant(SW)*View of SW, which has yet to be seen.*Presence during search/removed from our home. *Repeated requests 2 call Atty./PD call Atty*Have review of SW by Atty b4 search.*I was arrested w/o cause given. * Injury needing Medical was hours w/o taken 2 Fire Dpt where treatment was not easy to get, finally taken 2 hospital w/severely sprained hand *Boyfriend evicted threatened w/arrest if he returned home *PD conspired w/mom 2 my home 2 change locks *PD aided grand theft, obstruction of justice*I was given new house keys when being booked. *$40k of property taken as all evidence in lawsuit stolen *No inventory of seizure *destroyed my home *dogs stolen & spayed *PD refused taking report 4 crimes vs me/return of my dogs,100+DVDs,jewelry,etc.as is a civil matter. *PD w/anon tip of drugs is back wanting 2 search again w/no drugs/activity found week prior i feel fear that they will do worse if I try to file police report like I had the day b4*PD under st investigation 4 unlawful acts w/seized property ($40k+ ours)*DA hasn't filed charges yet, I was arrested May 30.

All I can say here is that if you don't already have an attorney you should take immediate steps to retain one who should be able to advise you as to appropriate actions regarding each of the particularized facets of your situation.
