Breach of contract

What do you do when someone is in breach of contract. We have paid an architect to do work for us, which in his contract said would take 30 days. it has been almost four months and he will not answer or return our calls. And yes we have made our second payment to him.

Re: Breach of contract

You sue him for breach of contract in DC Small Claims & Conciliation Court if damages do not exceed $5K or in regular DC Superior Court, Civil Division, if they exceed that amount.
