Legal Question in Consumer Law in District of Columbia

False Advertising in a club

I was wondering if it is possible to bring suit against a club that continually false advertises. They advertise that college students with IDs are free before 12,however that is not the case. I have gone on several occasions and that is the situation i have faced.

Of course, you could sue. Whether you could prevail at trial (aasuming that the club refused to settle) and receive a damage award exceeding $1.00 is another matter, entirely.

I would think not.
