What legal rights do I have if someone forges my signature on a contract for services.

There may be civil as well as criminal

remedies available for this alleged tort(civil wrong)as well as possible crime(forgery). If the alleged forgery resulted in losses or compensable damages to you, you could sue the perpetrator in civil court to recover for these damages. You might also wish to refer the matter to the local prosecutor for possible criminal prosecution.

if you did not sign the contract or give another authority to sign it for you then you do not need to abide by its terms.
