Triple Seal

I have a judgement and would like to file for a triple seal. I would like to know when I can file for this document.

A triple seal is simply a fancy certified copy of a court record. You can get a triple seal of any paper at any time (you get it from the Clerk, and it can take a few weeks due to the backlog). If what you want to do is domesticate your judgment in another jurisdiction, you need to consult the laws of that other jurisdiction.
