Is unsecured credit legal when issued and tried to be collected by

It is very interesting that I was doing a random search for tenat law rights and came across this website http://www.nomoredebt.cc/american_faq.htm. They basically said that unsecured credit issued is illegal and can be erased completely. There quotes directly and there is more info is:

''The collection of interest on credit issued by a bank or a credit card company is in direct violation of all usury laws!''

Please enlighten me!
