Legal Question in Criminal Law in District of Columbia

if a 50 year old male who, while on probation for a previous crime of theft I, has a long criminal history, consisting mainly of drug use and stealing, but now resides in Washington, DC, is caught and arrested for credit card theft, breaking and entering, stealing, and is arrested by policemen, tried in a DC Court where he is found guilty of committing the crimes, what is the most jail and/or prison time that individual is likely to get?

Hard to say without more of the relevant facts necessary to such a determination, but on these few facts I would estimate it (the time to be served) at quite a stretch, and probably in some other state's penitentiary such as Ohio's(where DC felons are frequently sent to do their time).
