May a paralegal represent a client before an arbitration panel?

In general, paralegals may not represent clients in any adjudicatory proceeding. It's possible that the particular arbitration rules in your case allow non-attorneys as representatives, but I would suggest getting a copy of all of the relevant rules and verifying.
