Legal Question in Criminal Law in District of Columbia

armed robbery

My boyfriend was convicted of armed robbery but the case was not

truthful. He is innocent. The witness were told to lie and promised

things by the prosecution. Although, there were guns found in the

vicinity of their arrest with no fingerprints or DNA evidence; they

were charged with the guns also. The main witness gave three

different amounts of money that was stolen. Is there a good chance

that he will be acquitted of the charges in the appeal?
