Bogus Agg. Assault Charge
Ok...If you are at a bar, and someone who works there, is angry and tries to ''rough you up,'' to get you out of the establishment, and you in turn, punch a guy one time, and get charged with aggravated assault what do you do? and what are possible consequences?

What do you do? Get a lawyer, of course, who knows how to deal with these kinds of legal matters.
What are the the possible consequences? Conviction for a misdemeanor assault which in D.C. could mean a substantial fine and at the very least a suspended jail sentence---if you happen to be a first time offender.
