Charged with abhan

i was arrested on 22nd november and charged with abhan, i had a 5 second disagreement with a female in the club and did not think think much of it. i was kicked out and when i insisted i did nothing wrong the guard got angry and said if i dont shut up he will get me arrested, the charge paper read i did touch her in an inappropriate area causing her fear even though i nver touched her
