Regarding the above subject, is it possible to accuse someone for disrubance of proceedings eventhough no legal proceedings can be held against him due to factors as: sudden death of the defendant, under age etc/?

Re: Disruption of proceedings

Some possible charges are contempt of court and possibly obstruction of justice. It's challenging to answer your question due to its ambiguity. There are many variables that can affect whether someone can be charged with a crime, and also what crime to charge. I recommend that you re-submit your question providing more facts and in a clearer fashion. Break your questions into different parts. Feel free to call me if you need further assistance.
