Espungement
I have charges on my record I would like to have espungeed for career expectations.

In the Commonwealth, expungement of felony record convictions is not possible unless you can prove that you were wrongfully convicted and have received a pardon from the governor.
However, first time offenders with a misdemeanor
conviction may possibly have their records expunged if they meet the criteria set out in Va. Code Sec. 19.2-392.2(F).
