If I am under probation for a misdemeanor drug possession. How soon can I get probation?

How soon can you get probation (if you're already on probation), you ask?

I guess you are asking how soon you can get expungement. If you got probation before judgment under Maryland CP 6-220, you can file expungement 3 years from the date of your sentence.
