Legal Question in Criminal Law in District of Columbia
guilty plea
was recently accused of tresspassing with intent to peep or
peer,plead guilty...would now like to change plea to not
guilty(court date in Oct.)Guilty plea impacts my employment.
Is this a wise move?How should I proceed?
