Indecent Exposure in DC

A group of hashers (see http://www.half-mind.com) are planning on a Lingerie Run this Friday which means that a number of us are going to be running about DC in various lingerie - just for fun. I would like to sport a thong. Now as I understand it - th Duvalon (sp?) 1986 vs DC ruling said that only exposure of genitals counts a Indecent Exposure. Is this correct? Could I get arrested just for running with a group at night in a thong? How could I explain this to some dump cop I come across?

Please answer before Friday afternoon!!!

Thanks,

Roger

Re: Indecent Exposure in DC

As long as the genital areas are covered you're

probably safe from prosecution if not arrest

("from some dumb cop").

The above notwithstanding, there remains the question of why you would wish to participate in such a manifestly dumb exercise.
