Misdermeanor convictions
In the district of columbia can a misdermeanor conviction be expunged 1) salisitation 2) handgun 3) ammo. The hand gun was leagaly bought and registered in va but was found in the vehicle at the time of arrest in the district.

Yes, it's possible to expunge misdemeanor convictions in DC. However, whether yours could be expunged would require the review and evaluation of
an experienced criminal defense counsel who practices law in that jurisdiction.
