willful exposure to an STD
An ex-girlfriend came back from a semester abroad and noticed that she had genital warts but continued to have unprotected sex with me for roughly two weeks before she drew my attention to them. She later changed her story to say that she noticed them shortly after i visited her abroad (about three weeks before she came back), and accused me of giving them to her. About two weeks after that, I started to get the same sort of warts. Is what she did illegal, and if so, what evidence do I need to support a case against her?

Re: willful exposure to an STD
Based upon what you've described, I doubt that you would have a provable case for civil damages.
(The connection between the alleged conduct of your ex-girlfriend and your genital warts is simply too diffuse(in my view) to qualify as a proximate cause for the injury which you've attributed to her behaviour.)
