Legal Question in Discrimination Law in District of Columbia

drug charge and assult
if a person has been lock up for vilating parole and they got locked up by the parole and the parole had them sittin in jail to see what the out come of the new case id going to be and you went to trail and they only charged you with assut on police and tampering with evidence the new case only gave you a 100 days hit for the new charge remind you ur only lock up because parole put you in there and on the 10th of this month it will be 8 months that you have been lock up and you still havent seen the parole board yet i just wanna know like if you have been lock up for a sertain amount of time and they dont come and see you arent you suppose to get releast and he only has 18 months for parole out of those 18 months he did 8 already he had a lawyer but they said that they was going to assin him a new lawyer what could the out come be the parole think that he is getting chared with felones but they are only misdemeners
