Discovery in DUI Case

I have been charged with DUI/DWI in Federal Court. My court date is scheduled for October 11, 2007 and my lawyer has not received the Discovery. I was under the impression that the discovery has to be delivered to my lawyer at least 10 days prior to trail date. Is that true? What options do I have at this point?

If October 11, 2007, is your first appearance in the matter, it is not a trial date and there will be ample opportunity thereafter for your lawyer to obtain from the federal prosecutor assigned whatever discovery that there may be in your case.
