I have a friend with an court date on tommorrow he was pulled Driving Under Influence-1st Off and Operating While Impaired. Event Resulted - Release Status: PR. Plea offer was rejected Gov't's Information Concerning Prior Conviction Which Enhances Possible Penalties I was wanting to know what is the liklyhood of him getting jail time and for how long he is having a jury trial

Although you have failed to indicate the friend's BAC(Blood Alchol Content) in your question, I seriously doubt that even if he's convicted in a jury trial that he will do any jail time, particularly, if he's a first time DUI offender in DC.
