Legal Question in DUI Law in District of Columbia
Legal Age
Would you happen to know the legal age for just sitting at a bar. Some say it's the legal age of 21, but that just doesn't sound right.

Re: Legal Age
Anyone of any age can sit at a bar if permitted to do so by the proprietor.
However, to be served alcohol at that bar, one must be of the age required under the law (21 in VA & D.C.)
