Is lap daning legal in washington dc.there use to be a lot of them.i understand that they can not sale beer,lic,wine. but can you operate is a lap dance club in washington d.c.

There are no lap dance clubs in DC. No touching allowed under DC law. In fact, there are very few (20 I believe) clubs that have full nudity in DC.
