what do i have to do to let my husband adopt my daughter that was born with in the marriage the child's real father did not put his name on the birth certificate?

Re: adoption

Given the fact that the child your referencing was apparently born of your marriage to your husband, he does not need formally to adopt this particular child (even though the biological father may be someone else); the law already presumes him to be the legal father of the child with all of the the rights/reponsibilities that normally attend such status.
