Re: Age cap for adoption

Hello, my name is Tiziana Ventimiglia and I practice in D.C. Your question is very simple to answer: No, there is no age cap for adoptions. However, there may be other issues to consider, such as parental consent and capacity, that may pose problems. I certainly advise you to seek the help of an attorney before filing adoption papers with the Court. I certainly deal in adoptions and I would be happy to help you: my fees are very reasonable, especially for consultations..... my phone number is 202/271-5983.

Sincerely,

Tiziana.
