child custody
i was convicted in 02 of att.2nd degree child sex asslt. is it possible to get joint custody of a child.ive been through the treatment and veerything elese that wanted me to go through.i havent commited nor have i thought of commiting a crime.i just miss see my child

Joint custody, I would think would be very unlikely for someone in your particular situation, but you might convince a court that, perhaps, you should have supervised visitation with your child.
