Child Custody Psych evaluation

I am in the middle of a custody hearing and the judge ordered a guardian ad litem and psych evaluations. Can I order a psych evaluation on my children's mothers' fiance who they all live with 4 nights a week.

Very unlikely, since this person is not a party to the case and it's probably unlikely that there's any evidence that he poses any threat to your children.
