Is it possible for a 24 year old to legally disown his or her parent???

"Disownment" describes not a legal but rather a social action taken by one person or group of persons against another person or persons.

Therefore, the answer to your question is, no,

it is not possible "for a 24 year old to legally disown his or her parent."
