Divorce and Child Support

When a ex-spouse (wife) remarries, does she have to claim her new husbands income

when proceding to get more child support from her ex-husband? Under the Colorado Revised Statues what statue is it?

The new husband's income will likely not be counted in figuring what the mother may be entitled to in terms of child support.(This is the rule in virtually all U.S. jurisdictions, which likely also includes Colorado.)
