Legal Question in Family Law in District of Columbia
Divorce and Child Support
When a ex-spouse (wife) remarries, does she have to claim her new husbands income
when proceding to get more child support from her ex-husband? Under the Colorado Revised Statues what statue is it?

Re: Divorce and Child Support
The new husband's income will likely not be counted in figuring what the mother may be entitled to in terms of child support.(This is the rule in virtually all U.S. jurisdictions, which likely also includes Colorado.)
