DNA test
I want to make a DNA test if the child born fro my ex girlfriend is mine.she became pregnant when we were together.She is acting like the child is not mine.Even she went further by changing the childs' last name. What is my legal right to force her for the DNA test ?

If the mother and child reside in DC, you could file an action in the DC Superior Court for formal visitation rights and the establishment of paternity. (The court might also wish to address the issue of child support.)
