If a durable power of attorney is registered in the State of SC, can a District of Columbia court void it?

More relevant facts required, but if such action was taken by a court of proper jurisdiction

in DC to void the POA registered in S. Carolina, it's likely that it would only apply to issues/transactions over which DC has authority/jurisdiction within the District of Columbia.
