If you can't work out an arrangement to provide the documents in lieu of personally appearing in court, you will have to obey the subpoena. If both of your parents are represented by attorneys, they ought to be able to exchange your documents before the court hearing and then stipulate as to when you moved out or became self-supporting. Under the law, once you turned 18 or graduated from high school, whichever came last, your mother was no longer entitled to receive support for you. And if you moved out before turning 18, the same would apply.
