after signing bith certificate

can a biological father fight for right after my husband puts his name on the birth certificate do to the fact that my daughter was born in the marrige

Yes, such a biological father could contest the paternity of the child which the law happens now to presume in favor of your husband since the child was born of the marriage.

This presumption, however, is rebuttable, and upon a proper showing, most likely the results of a DNA test, the biological father could be declared, legally speaking, the father of the child and with all the rights as well as the responsibilites/obligations that would go with such a declaration.
