Legal Question in Civil Litigation in District of Columbia
Written answer to stop work order
How do you write an answer to a neighbor's court served request to do a temporary restraining order? The client's neighbor does not want us to work on the client's property because it will cause damage to their property because it an attached home (two homes are attached to each other).
