Legal Question in Immigration Law in District of Columbia

DV Lottery

My girlfriend has been pre-selected for the lottery visa. We have a baby together and are planning to get married in June of this year. We both live in europe. I have in the past overstayed a student visa while in the US for one year. Is that gona be a problem with immigration? Are we both gona loose everything? and getting married in june is that too late? Thanks alot.
