90-days Probationary Period
Can an employee who has worked for 150 days after his original 90-days probationary period be given a retroactive probationary period evaluation by his employer?

As previously answered, I see nothing to prevent an evaluation by an employer after 150 days that perhaps, was technically due some 90 days after the employee had begum work. Such an evaluation would not be considered "retroactive" in my view.
