Legal Question in Employment Law in District of Columbia
agency without representation?
Is it possible to make an agency agreement with no representation? I mean, having an ''agent'' act as a business promoter for another but not in the other person's name?
This ''agent'''s duties are merely to find deals for the other person.
Thank you!

Re: agency without representation?
Why not term this person a business promoter in the first place, instead of an agent, and the agreement a contract rather than an agency agreement, and draw the former, accordingly?
