I am a US Citizen, I work now at an Embassy for 14 years, I want to know my rights do I have to follow the American rights or the other country rights

Very interesting question. There are many possible different answers to this question. For example:
If you are US citizen, working for foreign government (embassy), the foreign government is immune from from U.S. employment discrimination statutes unless the employee is engaged in
commercial activities (the act that governs is the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act). If you are a janitor, secretary, non civil servant., etc. of the embassy, then immunity does not necessarily apply and the embassy could be held accountable under US employment discrimination laws.
My suggestion is to speak with a qualified attorney.
