Legal Issues with Working 2 Jobs at same time

To whom it may concern,

I wanted to find out if there are any legal issues that I need to worry about if I am doing two jobs at the same time. One as a full time employee and other as a hourly contractor. I would appreciate the response.

No, there are no "legal issues" connected with your working multiple jobs of which I am aware, but your current employer might have rules which might prohibit it.
