My promotional was tainted because I was a whistle blower, and so what can I do?

My supervisor have harass me with threats that would affect my promotion. He is protecting a female employee who has been involved in unethnical activities in a federal workplace. There is much documentation to support this. When the female employee elected to sacrifice me because she felt she would exposed, I came forward with the information. It has been suppressed and the supervisor have told me that we both share the blame. MEanwhile, she is getting great assignments and I am being held hostage with the pending evaluation. It is agross violation of our ''whistle blower'' law but he seem to be manipulating the process with his control. I want to take him down.

From the facts which you've described, there's no way to determine whether in fact you would have a viable cause of action against your employer under the so-called federal "whistleblower" statute.
