Legal Question in Employment Law in District of Columbia

how to prove that one is being retailated against in the workplace

How does one go about proving

that an employer/or supervisor

is retalilating against you? Especially after 30 years of employment and all of a sudden

you are given negative performance

evaluations.

Retaliating for what, e.g., for your filing a claim with the EEOC or suing the employer for alleged FMLA violations, or merely because your employer apparently doesn't like that particualar yellow dress which you keep wearing on Monday?

It makes a big difference, and without many more relevant facts to elucidate and clarify your particular situation, there's no way to answer this particular question.
