Legal Question in Employment Law in District of Columbia

i have a question based on my termination due to a customer complaint, i was not allowed to have a face to face meeting or suspension. my position was a flight attendant, i recently worked a flight where i passenger accused me of being unsafe and took pictures which was sent to my employer who decided to terminate my employment. i have not seen the pictures or seen the letter of complaint is this a legal termination without allowing an employee to see the evidence.

Are you a member of the Association of Flight Attendants-CWA because, if so, grievance procedures must be followed. If you were a non-unionized at-will employee, you still probably have an employee handbook that governs terminations and should have been followed.

Generally speaking, however, an at-will (non contract) employee can be terminated for good reason, bad reasons, or no reason at all.

I suggest contacting an attorney with more specifics and supporting documentation.
